Scott is a seasoned expert in investment management and high net worth client service, and he leads Spectra’s overall strategy and investment management process.
Prior to founding Spectra, Scott was Managing Director of Northern Trust in Stuart, Florida, where he focused on investment management for ultra-high net worth clients. He also led a team of investment, trust, and banking professionals. While at Northern Trust, Scott served as Regional Director for the firm’s investment practice, with responsibilities ranging from training to implementation of investment methodologies.
Before joining Northern Trust, Scott was Director of Investments at Seacoast National Bank, where he managed all aspects of the firm’s discretionary investment practice, including research, securities selection, portfolio construction, trade execution, and risk management.
Scott is passionate about community and currently serves as the Chairman of Treasure Coast Hospice. He is an avid sailor and enjoys spending time with his family on the water.
